Jd Snead - State Farm Agent in Rancho Cordova, CA is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow the agency through meaningful client relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, while proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, you will help build strong relationships, provide prompt service, and contribute to an energetic, growth-oriented team

Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Experience managing client relationships is preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to a customer.

• Our office is located in Rancho Cordova, CA and Cameron Park, CA and Serve CA, AZ and OR.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2006.
• We currently have 8 team members at our agency.
• We have 60 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
