ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in April 2017 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I spent 10 years as a State Farm team member, giving me firsthand experience with the business and an appreciation for the importance of building a strong team. Outside of work, I’m married with two kids who stay busy with football, basketball, and rugby. I enjoy staying active myself through endurance riding, mountain biking, cross country, and boating.

Being involved in our community is important to me. I serve as an assistant coach, stay active with local youth sports, and am involved with the Rotary Club. Supporting local families and giving back are values that carry into how we operate our agency.

As an Account Associate for Andres Ordaz - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
