Job summary

Celia Sandoval - State Farm Agent is seeking a detail-oriented Account Associate to support daily business operations and customer success. You will grow the office through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will proactively market relevant products and services, helping clients manage policy changes, claims, and inquiries with a focus on exceptional service. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I earned my master's degree from Kansas State University and was a middle and high school Spanish teacher. My background in education has carried into how I lead my agency today, with a strong emphasis on coaching, development, and helping team members continue to grow.

Giving back is an important part of our agency culture. We're very involved with local schools through volunteering and donations, and we make it a priority to volunteer together as a team once or twice each year.
