Thomas Olesen - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

As a team member, you will help improve lives by proactively offering relevant insurance products and services, while contributing to a positive, growth-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

Our agency opened in December 2025, and we're excited to be building something special with a small but growing team. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a firsthand look at how rewarding it can be to help customers protect what matters most. Before insurance, I worked in massage therapy and muscle activation therapy, so serving others has always been at the heart of what I do.

I'm originally from the Dallas area, attended Parker University, and am happily married. One of the things I enjoy most about agency ownership is creating an environment where people can grow, succeed, and genuinely enjoy coming to work.
