Jay Ems - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations and help customers succeed. You will manage customer accounts, assist with policy changes, and guide inquiries while acting as a liaison between customers and agency departments.

As a sociable, outgoing team member, you’ll proactively market relevant products and services to grow the agency and better the community. A flexible schedule and team-oriented environment are emphasized.

I opened my agency in 2019 after spending 11 years working for another State Farm agent, and that experience really shaped the kind of office culture I wanted to build. We’re a close-knit team of three that genuinely enjoys working together, grabbing lunches as a team, and creating a supportive environment where everyone feels connected and encouraged to grow.

I’m a graduate of Hamline University, married with three kids, and when I’m not in the office you can usually find me on the golf course or spending time with my family.
