Amber Murrell - State Farm Agent in Atlanta is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations and drive customer satisfaction. You will grow the office through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will proactively market relevant products and services, manage accounts, assist with policy changes, process claims, and coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I worked in State Farm Claims, where I developed a passion for helping customers and protecting what matters most. I'm a graduate of Auburn University and Capella University, where I earned both my bachelor's and master's degrees. I also ran track at Auburn and love traveling, seeking new adventures, and even skydived in Dubai!
