Jennifer Burnidge State Farm Agency in Arlington Heights seeks an Account Associate to support daily operations, grow customer relationships, and act as a liaison between client needs and agency teams. You will contribute to delivering personalized service and building lasting client trust in a community-focused setting.

ABOUT OUR AGENCY

I opened my agency in 1998 and currently lead an experienced team of nine. Before becoming an agent, I worked in State Farm Claims and as a company trainer, giving me a strong foundation in both customer service and professional development. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Valparaiso University and my master’s degree from Western Illinois University. Outside of work, I’m a proud parent of two and enjoy traveling and staying active through exercise.

Staying connected to our community is important to us. I’m involved with the Chamber of Commerce and the Arlington Heights Noon Rotary Club, and our agency regularly participates in local events and opportunities to support the community we’ve served for many years.
