Jason Bartlett - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate in Scotch Plains, NJ. The role focuses on growing the office through meaningful customer relations and serving as a bridge between customer needs and agency departments.

ABOUT OUR AGENCY:

I opened my agency in July 2020 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I gained experience as a State Farm team member and later worked as a Sales Leader with another insurance company. Those experiences gave me a strong foundation in both sales and team development that I bring to the agency today.

I'm a proud Seton Hall University graduate, married, and a dad of three young children. I’m also a big sports trivia fan and even had the opportunity to appear on an ESPN game show! Outside of the office, I stay involved in the community by coaching and participating in several youth sports programs.
