Nick Fincham - State Farm Agent in Texas invites an Account Associate to join our team. You will support daily operations, manage customer accounts, and facilitate policy changes while building strong client relationships.

You will collaborate with agency departments to deliver proactive service, process insurance claims, and help customers understand products and coverage. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential in our collaborative office.

I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of nine. State Farm has deep roots in my family - I’m a third-generation agent and completed the State Farm Agent Aspirant program before opening an agency of my own. I’m a graduate of Illinois State University’s College of Business and, outside of work, I’m married with two daughters.
