Job summary

Daniels-Head Insurance Agency in Texas seeks an Account Associate to join our team. You will support Account Executives in servicing professional liability customers and prospects, ensuring accurate, timely service and compliance with department processes.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, renewals, proposals, certificates, and billing; developing proficiency in our agency management system; and collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Desire to be mentored and grow professionally.
• Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Detail oriented with deadlines in mind.
• Must be able to obtain P&C license; training and license paid by the agency.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Respond to inquiries including policy changes and billing.
• Document and maintain customer files and follow-ups.
• Process renewals, proposals, policies, endorsements, certificates, invoices, and info requests.
• Become proficient in proprietary agency tools and systems.
• Filing and general team support.
