Daniels-Head Insurance Agency seeks an Account Associate to support Account Executives in servicing professional liability insurance clients and prospects. You will deliver prompt customer service, handle inquiries, and manage files to ensure timely renewals and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Desire to be mentored and grow in insurance servicing.
• Self-motivated with ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Deadline- and detail-oriented mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain a P&C insurance license; training and license provided.

Responsibilities

The Account Associate will support agency Account Executives in servicing professional liability insurance customers and prospects in compliance with departmental goals and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
• Respond to insurance inquiries including policy changes and billing
• Document and maintain customer files regarding communications, action items, and follow-ups
• Process customer renewals, proposals, policies, endorsements, certificates, invoices, information requests, and finance agreements
• Become skilled in the proprietary agency management system, software, and tools that are used to complete tasks
