Job summary

Daniels-Head Insurance Agency is seeking an Account Associate to support Account Executives in servicing professional liability clients. You will handle inquiries, renewals, and policy changes while documenting communications and maintaining data in the agency system.

Ideal candidates are team players who are eager to learn, detail oriented, and able to work autonomously. Training for the P&C license is provided by the agency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to be mentored and to learn.
• Must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Attention to deadlines and detail is essential.
• Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Must be able to obtain a P&C insurance license; training provided by the agency.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, friendly customer service.
• Respond to inquiries including policy changes and billing.
• Document and maintain customer files with communications and action items.
• Process renewals, proposals, policies, endorsements, certificates, invoices, and information requests.
• Become proficient in the agency management system and tools used to complete tasks.
• Support other team members as needed.
