Daniels-Head Insurance Agency is seeking an Account Associate to support Account Executives in servicing professional liability insurance customers and prospects. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and adherence to departmental goals and processes.

You will handle policy changes, billing inquiries, renewals, proposals, certificates, and invoices while maintaining detailed client files and collaborating with the team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, accurate, friendly customer service.
• Respond to inquiries including policy changes and billing.
• Document and maintain customer files and follow-ups.
• Process renewals, proposals, policies, endorsements, certificates, invoices, info requests, and finance agreements.
• Become proficient in agency management software and tools.
• Support filing and assist other team members as needed.
