Qualifications

• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Dedicated to customer service and able to anticipate customer needs.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarification.
• Promote long-lasting customer relations and trust.
