Jon Till - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations and increase customer satisfaction. You will grow the office through meaningful customer relations and serve as a liaison between client needs and agency departments.

Responsibilities include updating customer accounts, assisting with policy changes, processing insurance claims, and coordinating with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Previous insurance exposure is preferred.
