State Farm Agent Cater Minnis in Chicago is hiring an Account Associate to support daily operations and customer success. You’ll grow the office through meaningful customer relations, serving as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, and proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, assisting with policy changes, processing claims, and coordinating with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Must be willing to obtain insurance licensing.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
