You’ll grow the office through meaningful customer relations, serving as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, and proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, assisting with policy changes, processing claims, and coordinating with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
