You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations, manage accounts, process policy changes and claims, and coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance, while contributing to community trust and service excellence.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Previous experience in insurance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
