Pearson is seeking an Accommodations Scheduling Coordinator to provide operational support for testing accommodations. You will coordinate with clients, candidates, vendors, and test centers to ensure accurate execution of approved accommodations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service position.
• Strong professional communication and time management.
• Ability to exercise discretion with confidential material.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure service.
• Execute accommodation requests following client guidelines to meet 1 business day KPI.
• Coordinate with service providers for readers, interpreters, and translators.
• Prepare and ship equipment and content to test centers for exam day.
• Communicate appointment details to Pearson VUE or other centers.
• Serve as SME on test center capacity to meet KPIs.
• Support helpdesk lines for accommodations.
