Job summary

Hyundai MOBIS Parts America is seeking an experienced Accessory Product Planner to develop and present accessory product plans aligned with OEM guides and historical data. You will vet new concepts, research feasibility, and collaborate with HQ to ensure accurate, data-driven plans.

The role requires excellent communication and cross-functional coordination to drive accessory strategies, with a focus on advanced technologies and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business statistics, market research, vehicle engineering, or related subjects.
• Experience in automotive accessory business with mechanical/technical understanding.
• Strong interpersonal communications.
• Experience creating information from raw data.
• Knowledge of vehicle and accessory lifecycles in a wholesale environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and present new vehicle product plans according to industry and market trends.
• Generate and present new concept package reports with business cases and profitability reviews.
• Curate intel from Brand Planning and translate into the Product Plan.
• Generate trend reports and focus on short-, mid-, and long-term strategy to drive revenue.
• Provide general administrative support for the Accessory Planning Department.
