Qualifications

• Associates degree and 1–5 years in transportation coordination, accessibility services, customer service operations, or related field.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience coordinating schedules, services, programs, or operational activities.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and problem-solving in a customer service or administrative setting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the accessible transportation program.
• Develop, implement, and monitor transportation schedules to meet accommodation needs.
• Assess service demands and make scheduling decisions.
• Supervise student employees and provide coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate with ARC, HR, Campus Safety, Residence Life, and other departments.
