Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and at least three years of relevant disability services or testing coordination experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptive technologies.
• Knowledge of ADA, Section 504, and disability-related legislation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all center activities and functions related to student scheduling, documentation and communication.
• Maintain a professional testing area, implement and monitor exams, and suggest improvements to policies.
• Review student and exam information for course alignment and generate reports on services and center needs.
• Develop and deliver training for students, staff, and faculty on testing processes, policies, and exams.
• Coordinate with ODR staff, students, and faculty to accommodate testing center schedules and follow location guidelines.
