Job summary

NSM is hiring an Accessibility Technician to install, repair, and maintain accessibility equipment in clients' homes and facilities. The role includes setup, on-site service, and coordinating with customers to resolve issues.

Responsibilities cover maintenance of stairlifts, lifts, ramps, and related products, plus accurate record-keeping, order processing, and collaboration with in-store staff and therapists when needed. Valid license and ability to lift heavy items are required.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug and background check.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalency certificate.

Responsibilities

• Install, restore, repair, maintain and set up NSM stairlifts, ceiling lifts, ramps and other products per specs.
• Communicate with customers to diagnose issues and assure reliability.
• Record time and materials and maintain customer and NSM equipment records.
