Job summary

NSM is seeking an Accessibility Technician to assemble, modify and deliver accessibility equipment in a timely manner, and to identify and resolve malfunctions in the field. Responsibilities include maintenance of stairlifts, ceiling lifts, ramps and related products in customers' homes or facilities, plus installation, documentation, quotations and coordination with in-store staff.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, background check, and a high school diploma; PTO, 401k

Qualifications

• Must pass drug and background check.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Install, restore, repair, maintain and set up NSM stairlifts, ceiling lifts, VPLs, ramps and other products in homes/facilities.
• Maintain records of work performed, including time and materials used.
• Troubleshoot faulty equipment over the phone or on-site.
• Fabricate and install customized components for customer equipment.
