Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years in library/museum/archival work or six semester hours in library science preferred.
• Knowledge of Access Services operations and library policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee access services during assigned hours; may open/close library.
• Provide quality customer service and assist patrons with locating materials; manage circulation and patron records.
• Perform Interlibrary Loan (ILL) for ASU students, faculty and staff with accuracy.
• Provide basic reference and directional assistance; route complex questions to appropriate staff.
• Maintain print collection via inventory, shelving, and data collection; generate monthly/annual statistics.
