Job summary

Titan Security is hiring a front desk security officer in Milwaukee, WI. You will deliver excellent customer service, manage access for tenants and visitors, monitor cameras, and patrol to deter theft while maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty.
• Maintain clear, accurate administrative logs at front desk pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management.
• Other duties as assigned.
