Keenova is seeking an Access and Reimbursement Manager for San Francisco/Sacramento. The role leads the pull-through process, working with prescribers, patients, and pharmacies to expedite treatment access while navigating regulatory constraints.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in specialty pharma access or 2+ years in access outside pharma, with strong payer design knowledge and ability to build customer relationships. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with specialty pharmaceutical products, or minimum of 2 years’ access-related position outside of pharma.
• Strong understanding of insurance and benefit design with both commercial and government payers.
• Background in Access & Reimbursement, Payer account management, Specialty Pharmacy distribution, Patient Services, Case Management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the pull-through process on open cases by taking compliant actions to improve access and expedite a patient’s start to treatment.
• Identify payer trends, alert business partners, and develop tactical plans to create and maintain treatment access.
• Coordinate with prescribing offices, contracted Specialty Pharmacies, the Patient Service Center, and sales colleagues to move cases forward.
