Job summary

The AIT Lead at UVA Health is a technically proficient team leader responsible for promoting and sustaining One Team standards across specialties. This role serves as a subject matter expert, identifying best practices, driving standardization efforts, supporting continuous process improvement, and developing team member knowledge and skills.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sustain One Team standards across specialties.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and support to AIT team members.
• Identify opportunities to implement standardized workflows and documentation across service lines.
• Monitor compliance with project standards and ensure consistency across specialties.
• Assist in continuous process improvement to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Oversee training, mentoring, and coaching to ensure adherence to standards.
• Support operational coverage during PTO, leave, or outages.
