Job summary

UVA Health is seeking an AIT Lead to drive standardization across specialties, provide technical guidance, and promote One Team practices. You will lead, mentor, and coach the AIT team, ensuring adherence to established workflows and documentation while supporting continuous process improvement.

The role emphasizes collaboration with operational leaders, maintenance of quality materials, and sustained engagement in One Team initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Licensure: None.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise, guidance, and educational support to AIT team members.
• Serve as a champion for One Team standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to implement and maintain standardized workflows, processes, and documentation across specialties.
• Monitor compliance with One Team project standards and ensure consistency across multiple service lines.
• Oversee training, mentoring, and coaching activities to ensure team members adhere to established standards and successfully adopt standardized tools and processes.
• Promote alignment and consistency among specialty-specific documentation and workflows.
• Remain actively engaged in One Team initiatives and sustainability efforts beyond Wave 7 implementation.
