Job summary

Ohel's Access Team seeks a motivated professional to handle inquiries, referrals, and intake coordination across the agency's services. You will provide customer service, gather applicant information, and liaise with multiple departments.

The role emphasizes interpersonal and clinical skills, strong computer proficiency, and a proactive approach to outreach and in-reach activities. BA/BS preferred; bilingual candidates are a plus. Brooklyn-based, full-time position with benefits.

Responsibilities
