Job summary

GreenLight Workforce Solutions Inc is seeking an Access Control Technician in San Francisco to support ACS/CCTV systems with 3+ years of experience. The role covers on-site troubleshooting, MACs, incident response, and proactive maintenance to prevent outages.

You will coordinate with IT, REW and D&C for builds involving network, power, doors and hardware, and participate in testing and commissioning to ensure system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support ACS/CCTV systems including controllers, readers, locks, door hardware, cameras, network, power and related devices.
• Perform small moves, adds, and changes (MAC) such as reader/camera replacements, relocations, and hardware changes.
• Provide emergency and P0 response for critical security system outages or failures.
• Onsite troubleshooting and validation before escalating issues to integrators, manufacturers, IT or other support teams.
• Assist with system testing, commissioning, and post-installation validation.
• Identify recurring hardware or infrastructure issues and escalate larger problems to the Corporate Security Systems team.
• Coordinate with IT, Real Estate & Workplace (REW), and Design & Construction (D&C) when work involves network, power, construction, doors or building systems.
• Support preventative maintenance and proactively identifying offline, degraded, or failing ACS/CCTV equipment before outages.

Responsibilities

• ACS/CCTV break/fix support, including troubleshooting controllers, readers, locks, door hardware, cameras, network connectivity, power, and related field devices.
• Small Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) such as reader/camera replacements, device relocations, hardware changes, and other minor system modifications.
• Emergency and P0 response for critical physical security system outages or failures.
• Performing onsite troubleshooting and validation before escalating issues to integrators, manufacturers, IT, or other support teams.
• Supporting system testing, commissioning, and post-installation validation.
• Identifying recurring hardware or infrastructure issues and escalating larger systemic problems to the Corporate Security Systems team.
• Coordinating with cross-functional partners including IT, Real Estate & Workplace (REW), and Design & Construction (D&C) when work involves network infrastructure, power, construction, doors, locks, or other building systems.
• Supporting preventative maintenance and proactively identifying offline, degraded, or failing ACS/CCTV equipment before it results in a larger outage or user-facing issue.
