Job summary

GreenLight Workforce Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Access Control Technician to support ACS/CCTV systems in San Francisco.

The role requires a minimum of 3+ years in access control or related security tech, with hands-on troubleshooting of controllers, readers, locks, cameras, and network hardware. You will perform on-site maintenance, incident response, and coordinate with IT and facilities for system health and upgrades.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of experience in access control or CCTV support.
On-site troubleshooting and validation of security systems.
Ability to coordinate with IT, facilities and security teams.

Responsibilities

ACS/CCTV break/fix support and troubleshooting of controllers, readers, locks and cameras.
Small Moves, Adds, and Changes (MAC) such as reader/camera replacements and relocations.
Emergency and P0 response for critical security outages.
Perform onsite troubleshooting and validate issues before escalation.
Support system testing, commissioning and post-installation validation.
Identify recurring hardware or infrastructure issues and escalate.
Coordinate with IT, Real Estate & Workplace and D&C for building systems work.
Support preventative maintenance and identify offline or failing equipment.
