Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a skilled security systems programmer to support Lenel and C-Cure across a nationwide portfolio. You will work with field technicians to troubleshoot, document, and commission new and existing equipment, while coordinating with IT, networks, and operations teams to maintain access control systems at hundreds of sites.

The role emphasizes autonomous work, advanced computer skills, and experience with security software, video systems, and remote support.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Lenel Software Certification and 2+ years of programming experience preferred.
Field technician background and security systems experience preferred.
IT experience with PC support, networking, servers and cloud computing is helpful.

Responsibilities

Provide programming support for Lenel, C-Cure and other card access software across 5,000+ sites in the US and Canada.
Troubleshoot, document, and commission security equipment with field technicians.
Manage security projects from concept through design, implementation and closeout.
Configure and support security systems including databases, software, OS, reports, badges and biometrics.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain access control systems across locations.
Support IT functionality through coordination with internal and external IT/network providers.
Support video, intercom, panic and other security systems.
