Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check as required by federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials, and maintain logs.
• Issue and document access credentials, keys, and temporary passes as needed.
• Respond calmly to access-related incidents and escalate as appropriate.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity.
