Job summary

PacArctic, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Site Supervisor (Access Control) to lead security operations at Fort Belvoir, VA. This role requires TS/SCI clearance and hands-on oversight of Access Control Officers and Escort staff responsible for 24/7 operations in secure facilities.

The successful candidate will manage staffing, coordinate training, oversee CMS and Lenel systems, ensure SOP compliance, and maintain accurate logs and incident reporting while safeguarding

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen and 25+ years old.
• Active TS/SCI clearance (life of contract).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Access Control Officers and Escort personnel.
• Maintain 24/7/365 security operations and staffing.
• Ensure shift turnover and performance evaluations.
• Oversee CMS/ Lenel system operations and equipment inventory.
• Maintain logs, incident reports and COR communications.
