Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Site Supervisor to support our government customer in Odenton, MD. The role focuses on functional management of Access Control Officers and Security Escorts, maintaining strict security protocols and badge controls for SCIF areas.

Qualified candidates will have 4 years of Access Control experience, 2 years in supervisory roles, CPR/AED certification, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience as an Access Control Officer with security systems (DISS/Scattered Castles).
• 2 years as an Access Control Supervisor.
• CPR and AED certified.
• Able to stand/walk for up to 12 hours and read/write/speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Functional management and support of Access Control Officers and Security Escort personnel.
• Escort non-cleared personnel as needed and verify identifications with facility security briefings.
• Oversee entry/exit controls for government facilities and ensure appropriate badges are issued.
• Monitor access using CMS (Lenel) and ensure proper visitor clearance and badges.
• Maintain shift logs and sign-in sheets; track government equipment and perform entry/exit checks.
• Notify authorities of emergencies and coordinate with sponsors and security teams.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
