Job summary

B&P Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Site Supervisor to support Army INSCOM Access Control Officer and Escort Services at government facilities. You will oversee Officers, manage a weekly staffing schedule, and ensure badge issuance and visitor controls are properly performed.

The role requires active DoD TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and at least four years as an Access Control Officer with supervisory experience. Strong vigilance and emergency response are essential.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience as an Access Control Officer.
• Two years of experience as an access control supervisor.
• Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR/AED certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the activities of Access Control Officers and Escorts, including weekly staffing.
• Provide access control services for government facilities.
• Control access of personnel, equipment, and media entering/exiting secure facilities.
• Verify badges and government documents for access and equipment.
• Issue ESCORT REQUIRED badges to un-cleared personnel and visitors.
• Verify visitor clearances in DISS or Scattered Castles and issue appropriate badges.
• Conduct random entry/exit inspections per SOP.
• Ensure proper government-issued equipment/media entry/exit authorization forms.
• Utilize CMS systems to process access verification for all individuals.
• Maintain shift logs and sign-in sheets for visitors.
• Inventory and log government-furnished equipment within 15 minutes of shift change.
• Immediately notify authorities of life-threatening situations or security incidents.
