B&P Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to support Army INSCOM Access Control Officer and Escort services at Fort Meade. The role involves oversight of Access Control Officers, escort operations, and ensuring secure facility entry for personnel, equipment, and media.

Candidates must hold an active DoD TS/SCI clearance, be a U.S. citizen, and have at least 4 years of access control supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Minimum of 25 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years as an Access Control Officer using security systems such as DISS.
• Two years of experience as an access control supervisor.
• Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR/AED certifications.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing Access Control Officers and Escorts and coordinating a weekly staffing schedule.
• Provide access control services for government facility locations.
• Control access of personnel, equipment, and media entering/exiting secure facilities.
• Issue ESCORT REQUIRED badges to un-cleared personnel and visitors.
• Verify visitor clearance in DISS or Scattered Castles and issue appropriate badges.
