Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and control access to the industrial location by verifying identification and processing entry, maintaining access records.
• Observe activity at access points and respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
