Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required by law.
• As a condition of employment, background investigation will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants while following security procedures.
• Monitor and control access points for employees, vendors, and visitors; verify credentials.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document activities for reporting.
• Conduct regular patrols of retail common areas, entrances, and parking areas.
• Maintain professional communication with site personnel and the public.
