Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors and visitors while following site security procedures.
• Monitor and control access by verifying credentials and issuing visitor badges.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct patrols of manufacturing areas, entry points, and parking areas; report anomalies.
• Prepare accurate reports and document visitor activity and access events.
