This is a full-time position with day and night shifts and competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities include monitoring access, reporting incidents, coordinating with drivers and visitors, and documenting activities.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with clear communication.
• Compliance with access-control procedures and safety standards.
• Must have a valid driver’s license per policy requirements.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check conducted per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers at a logistics and distribution location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, access points, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or unauthorized access.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and direct delivery drivers, visitors, and contractors in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations and actions taken.
• Prepare accurate reports, complete required activity logs, and communicate security-related concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
