Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and staff by performing access-control procedures.
• Verify credentials and maintain visitor logs; issue badges.
• Respond calmly to access-related incidents and alarms; escalate as needed.
• Conduct patrols of entrances, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Maintain reports of incidents and access activity; communicate with leadership.
