Qualifications

• 1 year of security-related experience.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, volunteers, and vendors while enforcing site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Deter unauthorized access by patrolling and challenging individuals as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, offices, and perimeters; report hazards.
