Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and control access to the location; verify credentials and logs, direct authorized personnel.
• Respond to incidents; notify site contacts and complete documentation.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, entrances, visitor areas, and perimeter.
• Communicate rules to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors to support site requirements.
