Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by all federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized personnel and visitor credentials, issue and collect access badges, and maintain logs.
• Control entry and exit of employees, contractors, drivers, and deliveries according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and report security concerns to site leadership and supervision.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, parking lots, and the perimeter.
