Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Access Portal Operations in Santa Fe Springs, CA to protect clients at a logistics and distribution site. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor activity, and provide courteous customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors.

The role includes patrols, incident response, and enforcing site procedures, with a 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM schedule on multiple days.

Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted.
• Drug screen required; licensing rules may apply.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors by following site procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials, and control access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents and document observations for proper reporting.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Direct authorized vehicles and personnel to support deliveries and shipments.
