Qualifications

• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access-control procedures at a bakery production and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and contractor credentials, and control access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents and report unusual activity and facility conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points, parking areas, loading docks, and production-area perimeters.
• Support orderly vehicle, delivery, and pedestrian access while communicating with site personnel and guests.
