Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing as per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and transportation personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and authorization, maintain visitor and contractor records, and direct individuals per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns calmly and document actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned facilities and entry points, reporting unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Deter unauthorized access by following procedures for vehicle screening, deliveries, and restricted areas.
