Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law and company policy.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and vendors by following site procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor and control access points; verify credentials and visitor records.
• Screen trucks, trailers, and personnel per site procedures; report irregularities.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations and actions.
• Conduct regular patrols of warehouse areas and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
